Position: Director of Food & Beverage

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in F&B management at a senior level in luxury international hotels
  • Profound knowledge of food and beverage trends, guest expectations, and market dynamics
  • Strong leadership character with the ability to manage diverse outlet teams
  • Exceptional financial acumen with a focus on revenue generation and cost control
  • Proven ability to develop creative F&B concepts and promotional strategies
  • Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
  • Develop and implement operational budgets, financial forecasts, and revenue strategies
  • Lead and mentor outlet managers to ensure consistent delivery of refined luxury service
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all outlets
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate menus and enhance the dining experience
