Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within 4 or 5 star hotels
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta corporate and MICE market
- Hospitality background with a result oriented mindset
- Strong leadership capability to mentor and develop the sales team
- Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve property budget and revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for diverse market segments
- Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate accounts and agencies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
- Oversee the performance of sales managers and provide regular coaching
