Position: Banquet Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Supervisor in Banquet or F&B Service within luxury hotels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Good communication and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Customer focused with an eye for detail in event setup
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the setup and service for weddings, meetings, and social events
- Lead and train banquet staff to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues during events immediately
- Manage banquet equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance
