Position: FB Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage service
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team in a luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-minded attitude with high attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is highly desirable
  • Hospitality background with relevant degree or diploma
  • Ability to work effectively in a newly opening property setting

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the F&B department to ensure 5-star service delivery
  • Lead and mentor F&B Captains and staff through regular training and coaching
  • Oversee table service, guest interactions, and handle special requests or complaints
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food presentation
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
