Position: Plant Engineering (Daily Worker)
Qualifications:
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- English is a must (Written and Spoken)
- Love to work in a team
- Good attitude & strong leadership character
- Able to join immediately
- Experience in mechanical or industrial plant maintenance
- Familiarity with boilers, chillers, or water treatment systems
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy plant equipment including boilers and generator sets
- Monitor utility systems such as water and electricity distribution for the resort
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical plant components to avoid downtime
- Assist the senior engineers in troubleshooting system failures
- Record daily utility readings and plant performance logs accurately
