Position: Engineering Supervisor (HVAC)

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in HVAC systems maintenance within large-scale commercial or hotel buildings
  • Strong technical knowledge of chillers, air handling units, and cooling towers
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise a technical team
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace health and safety protocols
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manage technical documentation
  • Relevant technical certification or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily HVAC maintenance operations to ensure optimal climate control throughout the property
  • Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all cooling and ventilation equipment
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex HVAC system failures and oversee repairs
  • Manage inventory for technical spare parts and monitor energy consumption efficiency
  • Ensure all engineering works are performed according to safety standards and hotel policies
