Position: Engineering Supervisor (HVAC)
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HVAC systems maintenance within large-scale commercial or hotel buildings
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers, air handling units, and cooling towers
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise a technical team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace health and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage technical documentation
- Relevant technical certification or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HVAC maintenance operations to ensure optimal climate control throughout the property
- Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all cooling and ventilation equipment
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex HVAC system failures and oversee repairs
- Manage inventory for technical spare parts and monitor energy consumption efficiency
- Ensure all engineering works are performed according to safety standards and hotel policies
