Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in F&B management at a senior level in luxury international hotels
- Profound knowledge of food and beverage trends, guest expectations, and market dynamics
- Strong leadership character with the ability to manage diverse outlet teams
- Exceptional financial acumen with a focus on revenue generation and cost control
- Proven ability to develop creative F&B concepts and promotional strategies
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
- Develop and implement operational budgets, financial forecasts, and revenue strategies
- Lead and mentor outlet managers to ensure consistent delivery of refined luxury service
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all outlets
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate menus and enhance the dining experience
