Position: Captain
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a specific section in the restaurant

- Monitor staff performance and dining room efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Captain or Team Leader in F&B
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette
- Excellent problem-solving and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Fluent in English and local language
- Committed to maintaining luxury service standards
