Position: F&B Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily service shifts in designated food and beverage outlets
- Train and coach service staff on menu knowledge and resort standards
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and adherence to hygiene protocols
- Manage guest requests and resolve minor service issues on the floor
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the assigned outlet
Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience in high-end dining
- Strong team coaching and service oversight
- Ensuring consistent service standards
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to handle guest feedback
- Professional grooming and attitude
