Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily operations of the resort’s signature restaurant concepts
- Ensure exceptional dining experiences through high service standards and staff training
- Manage restaurant budgets, labor costs, and inventory control
- Coordinate with the culinary team to implement new menu concepts and promotions
- Handle guest feedback and ensure immediate resolution of service issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant leadership
- Strong financial and operational management
- Passionate about culinary and service trends
- Excellent communication and guest relations
- Ability to drive revenue and service quality
- Knowledge of HACCP and safety standards
- Degree in Hospitality or related field
