Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is a premier Swiss-inspired beachfront destination overlooking the scenic South China Sea, located just an hour from Singapore. Position: CDP Hot
Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific hot kitchen section to produce high-quality dishes
- Supervise and train junior chefs and commis in culinary techniques
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet resort standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering for the hot kitchen section
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume hot kitchen
- Leadership and section management skills
- Strong culinary knowledge and creativity
- HACCP and food safety knowledge
- Ability to train and develop junior staff
- Consistent food quality delivery
- Passion for culinary excellence
