Position: Sales Manager (EBC)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Event Booking Center operations.
- Oversee inquiry handling and proposal generation for group and event business.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure accurate details are captured for execution.
- Monitor event sales performance and implement strategies to optimize conversion.
- Lead and train the EBC team in luxury service and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in event sales or EBC management.
- Good attitude, professional appearance, and strong organizational skills.
- Basic English communication and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends for event monitoring.
- Teamwork-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is preferred.
