Position: Sales Manager – Jakarta Sales Office
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Jakarta market.
- Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities within the region.
- Conduct site inspections and present resort facilities to potential clients and event planners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales performance and property awareness.
Qualifications:

- Proven track record in hotel sales, ideally with experience in a regional sales office.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and results-driven skills within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Able to work independently and as part of a distributed professional sales team.
- Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude toward client relationship management.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to focus extensively on the Jakarta sales territory.
