Position: Reservation Staff
Responsibilities:
- Processing room reservations via phone, email, and various online channels
- Providing detailed information about hotel services and promotional offers
- Managing room inventory and coordinating with the front office for arrivals
- Handling reservation changes and cancellations with professional efficiency
- Up-selling hotel facilities and services to maximize room revenue
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast paced environment
- Proficiency in property management systems such as VHP or Opera
- Excellent telephone etiquette and guest engagement skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction
