Position: Environmental Services Division Head
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Environmental Services operations within KEK The Sanur – Wellness and Tourism Destination
- Manage area-wide housekeeping services across the designated zone
- Supervise landscape, gardening, and environmental maintenance programs
- Oversee waste management systems and ensure proper compliance with environmental regulations
- Drive ESG implementation and certification initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HSE
- Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
- Strong knowledge of environmental management and regulatory compliance
- Leadership capabilities to manage large-scale environmental and maintenance operations
- Commitment to driving sustainability and ESG standards
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
