Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Drive resort revenue through the development and execution of strategic luxury sales plans.
- Manage and nurture key accounts within the luxury travel trade and corporate segments.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve department KPIs and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify new business opportunities in Bali.
- Represent the resort at international trade shows and high-end networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hotel sales, preferably in a resort environment.
- Strong network within the global luxury travel industry and local market.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and revenue management tools.
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for the Regent brand.
