Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant
– Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
– Experience in menu planning and food cost control
– Creative, innovative, and passionate about food
– Ability to lead and train a kitchen team
– Good communication skills
