Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience in similar position on five stars hotel
  • Well-versed in HACCP guidelines and food safety management systems
  • Additional certifications (e.g., ISO, first aid, allergen training) are an advantage
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in relevant education background
  • Excellent command in English, both written and oral
  • Good communication skill & result oriented
  • Positive attitude, excellent grooming & good personal hygiene
