Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of PMS systems such as Opera or Fidelio is an advantage.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and work under pressure.
