Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP in hotels
- Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine
- Experience in menu planning and food cost control
- Leadership skills with ability to train and develop the kitchen team
- Creative and detail-oriented with high standards of hygiene
