Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP in hotels
  • Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine
  • Experience in menu planning and food cost control
  • Leadership skills with ability to train and develop the kitchen team
  • Creative and detail-oriented with high standards of hygiene
