Position: Room Division Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the Rooms Division (Front Office or Housekeeping).
• Proven expertise in managing daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and quality.
• Exceptional guest service orientation and skills in resolving complaints effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel safety, security, and cleanliness standards for a 5-star property.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to training and mentoring junior staff within the division.
