Position: Director of Rooms

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager in a large-scale, five-star hotel.
  • Extensive knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Concierge operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction scores (GSS) and drive room revenue.
  • Strong financial acumen, including controlling labor costs and managing departmental budgets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex guest issues professionally.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and yield management software.
  • Dynamic leadership style with a focus on talent development and team engagement.
