Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in luxury hotels or resorts
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations
• Familiar with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and digital HR tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
