Qualifications:

  • Experience in front office or guest relations at a luxury hotel is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
