Qualifications:

• Proven experience in engineering management within luxury residences or hotels
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety protocols
• Ability to manage engineering operations and preventive maintenance
• Only Indonesian Citizens (WNI) will be considered
