Position: Duty Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary engineering point of contact during a shift, overseeing all maintenance activities.
• Respond to all urgent maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Supervise engineering staff on shift, assigning tasks and monitoring work.
• Conduct regular patrols of plant rooms and technical areas.
• Log all activities and incidents in the engineering duty logbook.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Engineering Supervisor or senior technician in a hotel.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions under pressure.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with other departments.
• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
