Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of the hotel building, equipment, and grounds.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead and train the engineering team.
- Manage the engineering budget and capital projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Experience as a Chief Engineer in a large hotel.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Good communication skills.
