Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Engineering department, including maintenance, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the entire resort.
- Oversee all repair and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
- Manage the department’s budget, energy consumption, and supplier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a five star luxury resort.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator systems.
- Experience with swimming pool and water treatment plant maintenance is essential.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and budgeting skills.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations (K3).
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Pre opening experience is highly advantageous.
