Position: Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Engineering department, including maintenance, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the entire resort.
• Oversee all repair and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
• Manage the department’s budget, energy consumption, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a five star luxury resort.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator systems.
• Experience with swimming pool and water treatment plant maintenance is essential.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and budgeting skills.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations (K3).
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Pre opening experience is highly advantageous.
