Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of engineering staff, specializing in a specific area (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and daily repair tasks.
- Train technicians on proper procedures and safety standards.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Assist in managing inventory of spare parts and tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering supervisory role within a hotel or large facility.
- Strong technical skills in a specific trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of workplace safety (K3) practices.
- Diploma from a technical high school (SMK) or higher.
- Problem solving aptitude.
