Position: Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of engineering staff, specializing in a specific area (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and daily repair tasks.
• Train technicians on proper procedures and safety standards.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Assist in managing inventory of spare parts and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering supervisory role within a hotel or large facility.
• Strong technical skills in a specific trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of workplace safety (K3) practices.
• Diploma from a technical high school (SMK) or higher.
• Problem solving aptitude.
