Qualifications:
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
