Position: Restaurant Manager – Oliverra

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing upscale restaurant outlets in hotels or fine-dining settings
  • Strong leadership and guest service orientation with operational knowledge
  • Ability to manage reservations, service standards and staff scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional dining experiences
  • Knowledge of service etiquette, cash handling and food safety practices
