Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets.
- Lead, train, and supervise the F&B service team to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
- Support management in achieving operational targets and departmental goals.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (minimum 2 years for Assistant F&B Manager).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems).
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and fluent in English.
- A positive attitude with the ability to lead or support a team effectively.
