Position: Guest Relations Officer (GRO) Mandarin Speaker
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or concierge roles
- Mandarin speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest service orientation and problem resolution ability
- Knowledge of local attractions and guest services
- Professional, courteous and able to handle guest enquiries effectively
