Position: CHEF DE PARTIE (Indian Cuisine – Pala Restaurant)

Qualifications:

• Experience as Chef de Partie in Indian cuisine or similar kitchens
• Strong grasp of spices, traditional techniques and menu execution
• Ability to maintain consistency, portion control and quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Team player with willingness to work flexible hours
