Position: CHEF DE PARTIE (Indian Cuisine – Pala Restaurant)
Qualifications:
- Experience as Chef de Partie in Indian cuisine or similar kitchens
- Strong grasp of spices, traditional techniques and menu execution
- Ability to maintain consistency, portion control and quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Team player with willingness to work flexible hours
