Position: Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
