Position: GM Secretary

Responsibilities:

• Provide high_level administrative support to the General Manager.
• Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
• Act as a liaison between the GM’s office and other hotel departments.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries for the Executive Office.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented.
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
• Exceptional organizational and time_management skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
