Position: Executive Secretary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably to a General Manager or C-level executive.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting arrangements.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
