Position: General Manager / Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations to ensure the highest standards.
- Lead the executive team (EXCOM).
- Take full responsibility for the hotel’s financial performance (P&L).
- Develop and execute business strategies.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Represent the hotel in the community and industry.
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role of 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision making skills
- Drive the hotel’s financial success and guest satisfaction by exceeding key performance indicators
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Able to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Able to work in team
