Position: General Manager / Hotel Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure the highest standards.
• Lead the executive team (EXCOM).
• Take full responsibility for the hotel’s financial performance (P&L).
• Develop and execute business strategies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Represent the hotel in the community and industry.

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role of 4 or 5 stars hotel
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision making skills
• Drive the hotel’s financial success and guest satisfaction by exceeding key performance indicators
• Positive attitude and energetic personality
• Able to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Able to work in team
