Position: Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Committee.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently and confidentially.
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Office and other departments or external stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized filing system and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant in a corporate or hotel setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Professional demeanor, high integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
