Position: Executive Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative support to the General Manager and Executive team.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
- Handle communication and liaise with department heads and external parties.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the executive team.
- Maintain an efficient filing and office management system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position (e.g., Executive Secretary, PA to GM) for a minimum of 2 years at a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Positive attitude and highly motivated.
- Good problem solving ability and exceptional discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Can join immediately.
