Position: Chief Steward

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a stewarding leadership role (e.g., Assistant Chief Steward or Chief Steward) in a large hotel or resort.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen sanitation, chemical handling, and HACCP standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the stewarding team, inventory, and equipment.
• Experience with budget management for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with the culinary and service teams.
