Position: Cook 1 Bakery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook or Baker, specializing in pastry and bakery items in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Expert knowledge of bread making, Viennoiserie, desserts, and cake preparation.
• Ability to execute recipes consistently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety and sanitation standards in a professional kitchen.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and follow instructions from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• Certification from a recognized culinary school is highly regarded.
