Position: Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage front office operations, including guest services, reservations, and night audit.
