Qualifications:

• Proven career track in the hotel industry, with minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
• Able to perform in a highly dynamic environment & a good team player.
• Highly motivated with good communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and knowledge of stewarding operations.
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP).
