Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of a specific kitchen section.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
