Position: Chef De Partie (Indonesian Cuisine – Fine Dining)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with a specialization in Indonesian fine dining
• Strong knowledge of authentic Indonesian ingredients and modern cooking techniques
• Ability to lead a section and maintain high standards of food quality
• Creative and passionate about elevating Indonesian cuisine
• A dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
