Position: STEWARD (DAILY WORKER)
Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean chinaware, glassware, and cutlery.
- Manually wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed by the culinary team.
- Properly manage waste disposal and maintain sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English interpersonal communication skills
- More than 6 months of experience in the relevant department with international clientele experience
- Experience in luxury hotels/resorts in Southeast Asia would be advantageous
- Diploma in Hospitality Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent
- Honest, high initiative, and outgoing personality
- Fully embrace sustainability efforts
- Able to speak Mandarin is highly preferable
