Position: COOK (DAILY WORKER)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with resort recipes and standards.
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Assist in managing stock, inventory, and food rotation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English interpersonal communication skills
- More than 6 months of experience in the relevant department with international clientele experience
- Experience in luxury hotels/resorts in Southeast Asia would be advantageous
- Diploma in Hospitality Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent
- Honest, high initiative, and outgoing personality
- Fully embrace sustainability efforts
- Able to speak Mandarin is highly preferable
