Position: Reservation Officer

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar Front Office role.
• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• A customer-focused attitude with a talent for sales and upselling.
