Position: Senior Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of operational kitchen experience with a proven track record in fine dining.
• Diverse culinary exposure in high-end Asian and Western cuisine restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop a culinary team.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Creativity in menu planning, food presentation, and culinary innovation; HACCP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
